Gordon Hastie Bursary: Established in memory of a former club member, the bursary reflects the club's commitment to helping those in need and empowering the next generation of leaders. RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards). RYLA is a program that provides an opportunity for young people to develop their leadership and communication skills. It focuses on teaching youth how to use teamwork, problem-solving, communication and critical thinking to become better leaders. The program is designed to help young people become more aware of the impact their actions can have on the world around them. Through workshops, activities, and team-building exercises, RYLA helps prepare young people for their future by teaching them the value of understanding, tolerance, and respect. It is a great way for young people to achieve personal growth and learn how to become a positive role model in the community. It gives them the opportunity to learn the importance of taking responsibility and working together, while also providing them with the tools they need to become successful, responsible and ethical leaders.

Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN): RYPEN works to develop responsible and well-rounded young leaders of today and tomorrow. It is an international program for teenagers aged 14-17 that provides an opportunity for young people to develop their leadership skills, social responsibilities and interpersonal communication. Rotary Clubs around the world collaborate with local communities to organise RYPEN events and facilitate a positive learning experience. The program includes a series of interactive workshops, problem-solving activities and team building exercises that encourage participants to think critically, recognise their own strengths and develop their own solutions. RYPEN also reinforces the importance of ethics and service to encourage members to become active members of their own local and global communities. Through Rotary's commitment to RYPEN, young people of all backgrounds have the opportunity to gain self-confidence, expand their knowledge and become better leaders.

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics): As part of their mission, Rotary has become increasingly involved in supporting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education initiatives. This includes providing scholarships to students interested in pursuing a STEM-related career, organising mentorship programs to teach students the value of STEM subjects, and holding conferences to foster collaboration between scientists, engineers, and policymakers. Rotary is also committed to promoting STEM literacy among the public, educating the public about the power of STEM and the importance of investing in STEM-related initiatives. Rotary's work in STEM has been instrumental in driving the significant growth witnessed in the STEM field in recent years, and will continue to be an important part of promoting the development of new technologies for the future.

Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE): The Rotary International organisation is a global network of 1.2 million members that are dedicated to service, international understanding, peace and humanitarian initiatives. RYE is a program within Rotary International that was created to connect youth from all different countries, cultures and backgrounds. The program offers students a unique opportunity to spend up to one year studying abroad and living with a host family. By participating in the RYE program, young people are able to learn and experience another culture, language and way of life. The experiences gained from the program are invaluable and help to cultivate an appreciation for cultural diversity and global understanding. Additionally, RYE allows young people to form lasting friendships with people from all around the world.

National Youth Science Forum (NYSF): This program provides a unique opportunity for high school students to explore the world of science and technology through a series of lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities. The event also offers a chance to develop leadership and communication skills, as well as create connections with like-minded peers. Rotary believes that by fostering an interest in the sciences, they are creating leaders and innovators of the future. The NYSF gives young adults the chance to explore their potential in a variety of fields, such as engineering, medicine, biology, and more. It also gives them the opportunity to interact with established professionals in the science and technology industries, providing invaluable guidance and advice. Rotary has helped numerous students reach their full potential through the NYSF, and continues to invest in the next generation of scientists and inventors.
